The Teacher and the Firefighter…by St Louis Wedding Photographers Joel & Shannon

It’s Katie and Eric’s wedding! We had such a fun time with the lovely couple and their fun/rambunctious wedding party. 🙂

Katie and Eric decided to see each other before the ceremony, and they had a very sweet and intimate first-look at Centennial Park in Swansea. They are both such great people, and it was a joy to watch them both be so loving with each other in their private time. Katie is a very bright and cheery school teacher, and Eric is the strong, firefighter. Together, they make an wonderful pair.

The ceremony was in the beautiful St. Theresa Church in Belleville. When we finished there, we headed to the fire station to do some photos with the fire truck and inside the station. This also involved a photo of all the boys dropping their pants to show their matching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles underwear…which was quite a sight, I can assure you. 🙂 The reception was at the wonderful Gateway Center in our own town of Collinsville.
