This was a wedding we were waiting for. We first met Alyssa 2+ years ago when she was a bridesmaid in her cousin Amy’s wedding. The next summer she was in her friend Samantha’s wedding AND her sister Nikki’s wedding (all of which we shot). So when she got engaged herself last year, we were thrilled for her! Finally her chance to be the one in the white dress. And Andy is such a great guy – they couldn’t be more perfect for each other!

It was a gorgeous day at the lovely Weingarten – one of our favorite venues. Alyssa had chosen green for her wedding color, and the gorgeous green of the natural surroundings was just perfect! They had a rustic theme, and all of her hand-made touches were gorgeous. After that we went to the Freeburg fire station, where Andy is a volunteer firefighter. (Side Note: Firefighters are drawn to us, as are teachers and people in the dental industry – it seemed like almost every couple this year had someone in one of these professions! :)) It was a great day, and we are so glad we were able to celebrate with Alyssa and Andy and all the family. Congratulations, you two!
