Shrine of St Joseph Wedding in St Louis

Happy Friday! Here are some of our favorites from Andrea and Andy’s wedding day! We started out with everyone at the Shrine of St. Joseph in St. Louis. This was our first time having a wedding there, and it was amazingly beautiful. There were a number of very sweet moments before the ceremony, but our favorite was when Andrea and Andy wanted to have a moment together before the ceremony…without seeing each other. We have done this before, but seeing the two of them stumbling around with their eyes closed and bumping into each other was a particularly funny moment.

The ceremony was beautiful, and from there we headed to Lafayette Park for their photos. Their reception was at Windows on Washington, which is one of our favorite places. A & A are both dentists, so they had a few “dental” touches to their decorating…especially their especially cute wedding cake. After dinner and speeches, the dancing kicked off…and it sure was a dancing crowd. I will never forget “Ding-a-ling.” You would have had to be there to understand 🙂
