Paige & Nick Engagement…by St Louis Wedding Photographers Joel & Shannon

We first met Paige when she stopped by our booth at a Perfect Wedding Guide bridal show, and she was fortunate enough to win our engagement session giveaway! We were able to meet Nick a few weeks later when the four of us got together for lunch at the Blue Owl down in Kimmswick, MO. They both are engineers who are not currently living in the area (Paige because she is still in school, and Nick because of his current job), so we needed to schedule their session a bit in advance. Once the day came, we made the drive down to Ste. Genevieve, MO to Paige’s family home. The live on a great area on the top of hill with a nice stone wall in the trees. One of Paige’s biggest requests for her session was shooting their photos in a field of sunflowers. She asked around, and found someone very nearby with a full field of them! They were not quite as tall and luxurious as they usually are because of the heat we had this summer, but they still looked great!

We had a blast, and the sunset was beautiful (which we always love). Paige and Nick’s wedding is in October, and we know they are going to have a great life together!!!
