A Beautiful Friday | Jen & Tom Wedding

Meet Jen and Tom. Unlike most of our couples, we did not meet these fine people in person until the day of their wedding. This happens from time to time,  and in some cases, it takes some time for a couple to warm up with us. This was definitely not the case in this situation. Right from the start, we fit right in with them, and we knew it was going to be a wonderful day. It had been quite a few years since we had last shot a wedding at the World’s Fair Pavilion in Forest Park, so we were thrilled to have that chance. Jen and Tom first met in high school (even though they attended rival schools, which we all know is a big deal around here), and after years of having friends in the same circle,  they finally connected…and it went from there. After an nearly-botched Christmas proposal (after Grandma almost took the gift box with the ring by mistake), there were many tears of joy. And 8 months later…it was time to celebrate.

We are so happy that we had the chance to be with you both on your wedding day. You have an amazing future in store, and we were honored to be a small part of your story.
