Just Laugh | Amanda & Nick Wedding

There are couples who have so much fun together that it is infectious to everyone else around them. This is definitely one of those cases.

Amanda and Nick live in New York, so we had not spent much time with them in person before the wedding day. But, we knew before we even made it to the day that it was going to be a lot of fun. These two…they just have a blast together. They are so comfortable with themselves and each other that they can just let go and enjoy fully where they are at the moment. Their entire day was like this, and they made it so easy on us to get wonderful and fun photos of them. Plus, they have friends like them, so everyone had a great time. They had made the drive from New York for the wedding rather than flying in because of one very important reason…their dogs. It was vital that they had their dogs there for the wedding, so obviously we had to do photos with the four of them together.

We started out with everyone at the Hilton Frontenac, and from there we went to Forest Park where we spent the bulk of our time. The wedding itself and the reception were at one of our very favorite places…the Weingarten in Belleville. It is one of the most beautiful places around, and it did not disappoint on this beautiful early fall day. One of our favorite parts of the day was when Amanda was coming down the aisle, and she completely lost it and started crying. It was both unexpected and so beautiful. Oh, and we absolutely loved her wedding dress which was designed by Leanne Marshall.
